About a day after we receive your Online Application, you'll get a confirmation email and an Expedition Information Package.  The Expedition Information Package contains important pre-departure documents such as a Personal Medical History form, a Physician’s Release form, detailed expedition itinerary, clothing and personal equipment checklists, visa applications (if applicable), travelers’ insurance information, a suggested reading list, and a suggested physical training program to get rid of that paunch, build up your noodle arms, and get those spindly legs ready for the task ahead.

About three weeks prior to departure you'll receive a finalized expedition itinerary, in-country rendezvous information, and contact info for all your expedition team-members and guides.
